Refund Policy

CoreInfrastructureWorks, located at C. Tinache 2, Arrecife, Las Palmas, Espana, operates a fair and transparent refund policy in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
1. Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a service agreement within 14 days of contract initiation, provided that work has not yet commenced. Withdrawal must be communicated in writing to [email protected].
2. Milestone-Based Refunds
For ongoing projects, refunds are calculated based on completed milestones:
- Pre-Development: Full refund minus administrative fee (10%).
- In-Progress: Refund for uncompleted milestones only. Completed work is non-refundable.
- Post-Delivery: No refund after final delivery and client acceptance.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration and hosting fees already processed.
- Third-party software licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
- Work completed and approved during sprint reviews.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a refund request is denied, you may escalate the matter through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr or contact the Spanish consumer arbitration board.
Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of web development and related services by CoreInfrastructureWorks, located at C. Tinache 2, Arrecife, Las Palmas, Espana ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
The Company provides web development, API integration, cloud infrastructure, security auditing, and related digital services as outlined in individual project proposals and statements of work (SOW).
2. Project Initiation
Projects commence upon receipt of the initial deposit as specified in the SOW. The Company will provide a detailed project timeline, milestone schedule, and deliverable specifications.
3. Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest rate in accordance with Spanish commercial law.
- All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the project. The Company retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary tools.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company's total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
